Power of Gratefulness - How To Be Grateful

THE POWER OF GRATEFULNESS

Gratefulness is the expression of what you are thankful for. It can be used as a means of attracting what you want in your life.

Example:
Lets say that you want more money. If you just prayed and "worked hard" and still didn't create the reality of money in your physical world, you may be focusing on the "getting"
instead of the Giving.

Let's pretend that you ALREADY had what you REALLY
wanted in your life.

Let's just pretend....

Imagine...

what you want is ALREADY yours...

Ask yourself,

"How do I truly FEEL knowing that what I REALLY
want is ALREADY in my life?

Take a moment...

close your eyes...

FEEL the *feeling* and the knowing
that your desire IS Real

Be curious, and wonder just like when you were a child....

WHAT IF, this truly *was* REAL....?

And then just let it go...

Allow the magnetic power of attraction WITHIN you to
work FOR you. TRUST it, have Faith that it is ALREADY
working on the creation of what you truly desire.

World peace expert James Twyman says it best:

When we ask for something to happen, the
attention is on the fact that we don't have it
now. But when we feel that it is already
occurred, then we put out an energy that
actually draws that reality to us. Gratitude is
a key element. It is very important to be grateful."

Take The Time...

You may want to take time today or this week to ask
yourself the following questions:

* Who am I grateful for in my life?

* What am I grateful for in my life?

* How can I notice the things that bring my Heart joy
and express my gratefulness for them?

* How can I ALLOW myself to be grateful?

As you begin to wrap up this year, you may want to
look back and ask yourself:

What have I created for myself, my family, my community
or my planet that I can celebrate and be grateful for?

STOP, LOOK and NOTICE

When you take the time to

S - L - O - W D - O - W - N

and do something that brings Heart and Soul some joy,
(remember the last time you played and laughed like a kid?)

These "kid moments" can re-INSPIRE you and bring that
sense of wonder and excitement back - it doesn't take
weeks or months)

ASK YOURSELF:

"How can I regain the ability to look at life with wonder
through the eyes of a child?" (The KID within you... : - )

TRUE STORY

This is an idea I shared with a Dream-Minder customer this
week who mentioned that she didn't even have the time to use
Dream-Minder...

She explained how busy her life was and how she never
seemed to be able to "find the time" to use it or slow down.

I suggested that she sit with Dream-Minder and allow her Mind
to just relax and rest..

In time you'll wonder, "Where was I all that time?)
